Accommodation in the university hostel:
We have made pre-reservations of up to 50 single and double rooms (with an individual bathroom) in the Hostel Krakowiak. Hostel is located close the AGH campus Miasteczko Studenckie within 30 minutes walking distance of the conference site. You can also take a bus, it takes then 15 minutes to reach the venue. The pre-reserved rooms are available through the conference registration system and are to be paid to the organizers together with the conference fee. Due to the organizational reasons please do not contact the hostel directly.

We also made a pre-booking in hotels on the premisses of AGH campus: Polonez and Antica, in a University Guest House Sienkiewiczowka (close to the Old Town) and one in the Old Town: Unicus. Please contact these hotels directly with an annotation „RD50”. The reservation is valid until 30th of April and until 24th of April in case of Sienkiewiczowka.
You can also chose a hotel from a vast available through your favourite links, but do not wait too long because Krakow is a very popular tourist destination!

The Guest House AGH „Sienkiewiczówka” is located very close to the Old Town (10 min) and the distance to the Workshop venue (AGH assembly hall) is about 30 min on foot.
