Registration is now open.

Important dates:

30th of April 2017 – extended deadline for Krakowiak hostel reservation, see Accomodation.
24th of April 2017 – end of Sienkiewiczowka hotel pre-reservation.
30th of April 2017 – end of Antica, Polonez and Unicus hotel pre-reservation.

15th of May 2017 – end of Workshop registration

 

Conference fee: 200 euro

The fee includes:

  • Attendance to the sessions,
  • Conference materials,
  • Coffee breaks,
  • Lunches,
  • Welcome & Krakow Evening Walk (Monday 05 June 2017),
  • Conference dinner (Tuesday 06 June 2017).

Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference, registration and operation of the Conference website.

Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants:

  • first name,
  • family name,
  • address of residence,
  • e-mail,
  • phone number,
  • correspondence address.

The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received by 15th of May 2017. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
Cancellation policy for hotels reserved during online registration

The cancellation of the hotels reserved through the online registration tool will be accepted until 15th of April 2017 and refunded less a 50 € administrative fee.
For the cancellation of the hotel received after 15th of April 2017 no refunds will be issued thereafter.
